SHIPPING, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the product’s weight and the destination.
  • We generally dispatch orders within 10 days of receiving them.
  • For customized items, the estimated shipping date will be communicated via WhatsApp, as they require preparation time.

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges apply to all international shipments and depend on the destination country and weight of the shipment.
  • Readymade items are usually dispatched within 5 days of order receipt. Delivery times depend on the destination but are typically 2-3 weeks for major global cities.
  • For customized items, the shipping date will be shared via WhatsApp after preparation.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Customized and pre-booked orders are non-cancelable.
  • Once an item is shipped, it falls under the Returns Policy.

Return Policy

Defective Products
  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us with clear pictures/videos as evidence of the defect. We will take corrective action as necessary.
  • Please note: Slight color variations between the product image and the actual product, caused by lighting or camera differences, are not considered defects.

Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Return Process

  • Place the item securely in its original packaging, along with the original bill, for return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Local customers may choose to visit the store to process returns directly.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after inspecting the returned item.
  • Please allow 10 days from the receipt of the returned item for the refund to be processed.
